Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us to receive your RMA # before returning any items. Due to hygienic reasons some items cannot be returned once opened. Please visit our refund policy page for more information.

Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

 

Include the Following with the Return:

 

Copy of the original invoice or packing slip
Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
Send to the address we provided you
If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 10% return fee.
